 In 1982 Chevalier Associates, Inc., producers of The Original Wedding Expo™ realized a new opportunity to help local brides find area wedding professionals: Bride & Groom Magazine. Created as a complimentary take-home supplement to the Expo, this publication gave the bride (and groom) valuable planning information and helped them to learn more about the wedding specialists right in their own backyard.
The inaugural issue, with a printing of 5,000 copies, was the only one published that year. Today, three issues of Bride & Groom™ are published annually (January 1st, May 1st and September 1st) and are distributed at over 200 locations throughout Central New England.
Stylish, informative and timely, Bride & Groom™ Magazine prides itself on its regional focus. The professionals featured and quoted in our articles are primarily from Central New England, which means they are easilty accessbile by our readers. Our featured weddings (Near-by Nuptials) are of local couples, and each issue contains extensive advertiser directories, key planning tips and advice, honeymoon features, bridal fashion trends, local news you can use and much more.
